Confidential:  When problems, concerns or crises arise and an employee needs someone to talk to, our team of Life Coaches will prove to be trustworthy listeners and caring friends.  Trust is built by keeping personal conversations with employees confidential.  Conversations or personal information will not be shared with management.

Available:  Because of their servant hearts, iCareTeam is available 24/7 to employees and their families. If requested, our services may also include home, jail, hospital, nursing home and other off-sites visits.

Respect:  Our Life Coaches respect everyone, regardless of one’s beliefs or lifestyles. Our team will show loving care and treat all employees with honor and value.
